We start from one rule: Allmata should never surprise you. It reads before it acts, asks before it changes anything, and keeps a record you can check, so you can hand over work without handing over control.
Read-only by default
- Every connection starts read-only.
- You confirm, in plain words, exactly what each role may read.
- A role's access is checked on every call, not just shown in the settings.
Nothing changes without you
- Every change is a card with the exact action, the reason and the evidence.
- Money, sending to customers and anything that can't be undone need a second confirm.
- Roles can never raise their own authority.
A record of everything
- Every action has a receipt: what, why, who, when and what it cost.
- Reversible actions carry their undo path.
- Nothing is shown as done unless it was done.
Your data stays yours
- Each company's data is separated in the database itself (row-level security).
- Team members see only the companies and roles they're given.
- Customer personal details never become Brain facts; only patterns do.
AI that doesn't keep your data
- Every AI call runs with no-training and zero-retention settings.
- Private help-desk notes never reach the AI.
- Card numbers, social security numbers and passwords are removed before and after the model.
Keys handled carefully
- Sign-ins and keys are stored in a secure vault, never shown again after saving.
- Pasted keys checked for shape right away, and tested with one harmless read.Coming soon

Where your data lives
Established infrastructure, nothing exotic.
Allmata runs on well-known providers: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in the United States),Vercel (the app), and Cloudflare (this website). AI models are reached through a gateway with no-training and zero-retention settings on every call.
Data is encrypted in transit, and at rest by our infrastructure providers. The full list of subprocessors is in our Privacy Policy.
