Refund Policy

Last updated October 2026

We want you to pay for Allmata only when it's earning its keep. Here's how billing and refunds work.

1. The free trial

Your first 14 days are free for one company, with all roles and $10 of AI usage included. We don't ask for a card, so nothing is charged when the trial ends. If you don't choose a plan, your account simply stops working on its own data until you do.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime in the app or by emailing hello@allmata.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, monthly or yearly, and it won't renew after that.

3. Refunds on plans

  • Payments for a period that has started are not refunded, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires.
  • If you upgrade, you pay the difference for the rest of the period. If you downgrade, the new price starts at your next renewal.

4. AI usage

Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage. Usage above it is charged as it's used, at the provider's cost plus 20%, with both numbers shown in the app for every run. Because that cost is incurred with model providers when the work runs, AI usage is not refundable, except for billing errors or work that failed because of a fault on our side.

5. Billing errors

If you think you've been charged in error, email hello@allmata.com within 60 days of the charge. We'll look into it and refund any mistake to the original payment method.

6. How to ask

Email hello@allmata.com from the account owner's address with your company name. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
